Comfortable and spacious room with a large bed, microwave, air conditioner, and work desk. The private bathroom was quite clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even got to meet the host. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the main road in a residential area. 🌳

It had perfect location and rooms, that's what I was expecting. The beds here were comfy. Small balcony for further relaxation...

We had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay in Chiang Mai so close to airport and the Kad Manee market and restaurants. It had great price considering location and food that were provided. Situated in the best possible spot.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for my money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and 7-11 nearby. The staff and owners were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

For breakfast, it would be great if they could offer a wider variety of options.

This is excellent apartment with good and incredible location close to Chiang Mai and the many intricately designed local temples and other historical sites. Very-very nice and amiable staff knows how to make your stay really lovely;))

Friendly host, helpful with tourist information. Close to old city, 20-minute walk. Facilities include microwave and refrigerator, even brought own cooker. Birds and stars add to the experience. Cool to live alone. 👍

For the price we paid, the room at Ban Pongphan was incredible value. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a large fridge, comfy bed. The location was perfect, close to the airport, a great night market, and we could easily rent a motorbike to explore the city. The couple who runs the hostel were super kind, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

The owner and staff were so welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect, being close to parks, malls, markets, and restaurants. We got great value for our money with a comfortable room and helpful staff at Ban Pongphan. The location was amazing, near a night market and other shops, and the staff treated us like family.

Great location near the airport and within walking distance of the city center. The hosts were extremely friendly, always available to help and provided useful tourist information. The facilities were well-equipped, including a microwave and refrigerator, allowing me to cook my own meals. Additionally, I loved waking up to the sound of birds and the beautiful starry nights.

The lack of provided slippers was a minor inconvenience, especially when going to the bathroom. The bed was a bit too hard for my liking, but it might be suitable for those who prefer firmer mattresses.
